Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping Damage

If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. FiveBikes will repair or replace the damaged part at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products.
• Discounted or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been modified or altered after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds may be partially reduced if the product:

• Has been used.
• Is not returned in its original condition.
• Is missing parts not caused by FiveBikes.

A deduction between 15% and 50% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Maintenance Service

Maintenance services are available exclusively at our service location in Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt.

Warranty Coverage

All bicycles include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or negligence.
• Accidents or crashes.
• Environmental damage (water, rust, extreme weather, etc.).
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Repairs not covered under warranty will be charged accordingly. The customer will be informed of the repair cost and approval will be obtained before any work begins.
